Reviews for the Asus ROG Strix G16 G615
The new Asus ROG Strix G16 is available with the RTX 5080 Laptop GPU at most, but this won't much of a problem when gaming. The Strix G16 represents a good gaming package with a matte IPS display, a fast Core Ultra 9 275 HX, and very good maintenance options.

In a way, this laptop demonstrates how RTX 5080-powered notebooks should handle power delivery. Blackwell is demanding in terms of wattage but also delivers high FPS, and cheaper models tend to lose performance if their power limits aren’t adequate. Fortunately, the ASUS ROG Strix G16 (2025) G615 doesn’t overlook this. Meanwhile, the company hasn’t overlooked practical and useful features like quick access to the SSD and SO-DIMM slots, Thunderbolt 5 support, three cooling fans, and a range of software advantages. Overall, if you’re prepared to accept the generally high price of laptops equipped with an RTX 5080, the ASUS ROG Strix G16 (2025) G615 comes recommended.

15-inch display variants are the standard and are used for more than half of all laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, often allows high resolutions and thus offers rich details on the screen, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact - simply the standard compromise.

With this weight, a laptop is rather heavier than average. Devices in this range shine more with screen size and performance than with mobility.
