The Aqara Climate Sensor W100 is now available in countries including the US, the UK and the Netherlands. This smart home device has integrated temperature and humidity sensors and a 3.4-inch display. It is a dual protocol product which also supports Matter for wide integration options.

Aqara has launched the Climate Sensor W100 in various countries worldwide. This product was spotted in the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) database last year and was officially unveiled at CES 2025.

The Climate Sensor W100 combines temperature and humidity sensors with a 3.4 inch (~86 mm) display. The sensors are said to be accurate to within 0.2°C (~0.4°F) for temperature and 2% for humidity. There are also  three buttons to store nine actions of your choice, which are accessed when you single press, double press or long press.

The climate sensor supports the Zigbee and Thread protocols and is compatible with Matter. This means that it integrates with a wide range of smart home ecosystems like Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Home Assistant. As such, it can be connected to other smart home devices like an air conditioner or thermostat, with the heating or cooling intelligently adjusted based on the detected temperature.

The two CR2450 batteries allow the device to run for over two years. It is also relatively compact, measuring 3.39 x 3.39 x 0.51 inches (~86 x 86 x 13 mm). You can now buy the Aqara Climate Sensor W100 at the brand’s online store or at Amazon in countries like the US, the UK and the Netherlands, where it is priced at $39.99/£39.99/€39.99.
