Anker releases new compact charger with smart display and AVS support

The Anker Nano Charger (45W, Smart Display, 180° Foldable) has reached the US after launching in China earlier this month. It builds on the identically named 2025 model (curr: $29.99 on Amazon), adding AVS adaptive charging and expanded device recognition for the newly released iPhone 18 Pro series.
On the outside, little has changed. The Nano Charger retains its compact body and 180-degree foldable prongs, making it easy to pack for travel. It has a single USB-C port that delivers up to 45W, along with a smart display that shows charging information such as power output and temperature.
The main upgrade is AVS support, which improves compatibility with the iPhone 17 series and the new iPhone 18 Pro models. Like Apple's 40W Dynamic Power Adapter (curr: $34.99 on Amazon), the charger can make finer voltage adjustments based on the phone's battery level for smarter, safer charging compared to traditional fixed-step charging. When combined with Care Mode for overnight charging, Anker claims it can reduce battery degradation by up to 20%.
Additionally, the Anker Nano charger can also detect the connected device and adjust its output accordingly. The previous model could already identify connected iPhones from the 15 through 17 series, as well as select iPads and MacBooks. However, Anker is expanding that feature on the new charger. Through an OTA update, the new Nano Charger will be able to recognize the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max for tailored charging.
