Anker 511 Charger (Nano 3) with 30 W output launches alongside new bio-based cables
Anker has released a new wall charger and two new bio-based cables. The Anker 511 Charger (Nano 3) is a 30 W plug, which you can use to power various devices, including a MacBook Air and iPhone 13. For example, you can charge an iPhone 13 Pro to 50% in 45 minutes with the maximum 30 W power output.
Plus, the device supports Samsung Super Fast Charging at 25 W. The company has used Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology to keep it compact; the gadget measures 1.12 × 1.12 × 1.39-in (~28 x 28 x 35 mm) and has retractable pins to make it easier to transport. Anker estimates the device is 70% smaller than Apple's equivalent 30 W charger.
The new Anker 541 USB-C to Lighting Cable and Anker 543 USB-C to USB-C Cable are both bio-based. The exterior cable casing is 40% composed of plant materials like corn and sugarcane. Anker claims this is durable, with a "20,000-bend lifespan". The 541 cable supports up to 30 W charging, and the 543 cable has a maximum power output of 100 W. Both gadgets are available in 3 ft (~0.9 m) and 6 ft (~1.8 m) versions.
The range of gadgets come in various colors such as Misty Blue, Lilac Purple and Natural Green. You can buy the Anker 511 Charger (Nano 3), Anker 541 USB-C to Lightning Cable and Anker 543 USB-C to USB-C Cable from US$22.99, US$18.99 and US$16.99, respectively. Amazon is currently offering an in-page coupon for 10% off the wall charger in the US.
