Anker 622 Magnetic Battery (MagGo with PopSocket) launches in US with 7.5 W output
The Anker 622 Magnetic Battery (MagGo with PopSocket) is now available in the US. The gadget is a collaboration between the brand and PopSockets, producing a portable power bank with a collapsible grip which doubles as a stand that you could use to watch videos or make video calls.
The 622 has a 5,000 mAh lithium polymer battery and can provide up to 17 hours of battery life. You can wirelessly charge a device at up to 7.5 W, and MultiProtect technology reduces the risk of your device overheating. The device comes with a 2 ft (~0.6 m) USB-C to USB-C charging cable; it is unclear precisely how long it takes to recharge the power bank fully. Thanks to Anker’s MiniCell technology, the gadget is compact, weighing 127 g (~4.5 oz) and measuring ~4.1 x 2.6 x 0.6-in (10.5 x 6.65 x 1.56 cm).
The Anker 622 is compatible with various devices, including the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 12. You can buy the Anker 622 Magnetic Battery (MagGo with PopSocket) in the US for US$69.99 via Amazon. Customers in the UK can purchase the device from the same retailer for £59.99 (~US$70.04), while those in Europe can buy the gadget for €69.99 (~US$70.83). The device is available in black, white and blue.
