Amazfit GTR 2e and Amazfit GTS 2e smartwatches officially launched in the US: Blood-oxygen saturation measurement and up to 45 days of battery life for US$139.99
Fans of the Amazfit brand in the US now have two more smartwatches to choose from: the Amazfit GTR 2e and the Amazfit GTS 2e. We reported about the wearables in November and December when they appeared on the FCC and were then released in China, respectively. Now customers in the US can purchase one of the smartwatches, with both the GTR 2e and GTS 2e being priced at US$139.99.
The main difference between the Amazfit GTR 2e and the Amazfit GTS 2e is obviously the design, with the former having a round face and being aimed at those who prefer a classic design for their smartwatch while the latter sports a fashionable square housing akin to many other popular current smartwatches. The two also differ in battery life, with the GTR 2e offering up to 45 days of basic usage while the GTS 2e can manage up to 24 days of basic use.
As for tools, both the GTR 2e and GTS 2e are fitted with a biological data sensor that can check blood-oxygen saturation levels. Heart-rate tracking, stress level monitoring, and sleep quality checking are all available as are 5 ATM water resistance and 90 built-in sports modes. Voice assistance is also present with the Amazfit GTR 2e and Amazfit GTS 2e and bright always-on AMOLED screens round out the two comprehensive smartwatch packages.
