The Acer Nitro 5 is a good deal when compared to the MSI GV62 7RC. It’s only a little more expensive, but it delivers a leap in gaming performance, a Core i7 processor and a better screen.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Mobile: Mainstream graphics card based on Nvidia's Pascal architecture and successor to the GeForce GTX 960M. Is manufactured in a 14nm process at Samsung and the technical specifications are very similar to the desktop version.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

i7-7700HQ: Quad-core notebook processor based on the Kaby Lake architecture.
