Although the Nvidia GeForce RTX 50-series "Blackwell" gaming GPUs, including the monstrous RTX 5090, have already been officially unveiled, there is a lot that we do not know about these cards. This is where leaked product listings come to the rescue, treating us to some much-needed tidbits regarding high-end offerings by AIB partners.
One such recently uncovered listing sheds light on the specifications of the upcoming Zotac AMP Extreme Infinity card sporting the GeForce RTX 5090 GPU, revealing a massive 600-watt TDP, placing it ahead of the rest by 25 watts. As VideoCardz notes, this is the highest ever for any GeForce card. Other details that the listing reveals include 21,760 CUDA cores and 32 GB of GDDR7 memory with 28 Gbps memory speed - nothing out of the ordinary, except for a slightly higher maximum clock speed of 2,467 MHz.
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 is set to hit shelves on January 30 with a $1,999 price tag, although, it is no surprise that the AMP Extreme Infinity variant will be substantially more expensive. Recent tidbits paint mostly a positive picture of what can be expected from the GeForce RTX 5090 in terms of performance, although that is true only for those who do not mind a healthy dose of AI wizardry allowing for most of the FPS gains.
