Best Buy has discounted the Lenovo Yoga 7i 16 Gen 9 to record-low prices for a limited time. The lower-end variant sporting an Intel Core Ultra 5 125U, 16 GB of LPDDR5X-7467 memory, and a 512 GB PCIe 4.0 SSD can be had for $599.99 ($300 off MSRP). Meanwhile, upgrading to a Core Ultra 7 155U processor paired with twice the storage (but the same amount of RAM) will set buyers back an extra $100.
Both models come equipped with the same 16-inch IPS touchscreen with a resolution of 1,920 × 1,200, peak brightness of 300 nits, and 60 Hz refresh rate.
Moving on to connectivity, the notebook has two USB-C ports (Thunderbolt 4, DisplayPort 2.1, Power Delivery 3.1), two 5 Gbps USB-A, HDMI 2.1, a 3.5 mm audio combo jack, as well as a microSD card reader. Also included is support for Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
The convertible's aluminum chassis measures 14.24 × 9.84 × 0.67 inches (361.8 × 250 × 17 mm) and weighs 4.63 lbs (2.1 kg), while the 71 Wh battery can charge at up to 65 W with the included USB-C power adapter.
If the 16-inch Lenovo Yoga 7i has piqued your interest, be sure to check out our review of the 2-in-1. In it, we praised its improved battery life and quieter cooling system, with the main drawback being the limited color gamut coverage of its display (61.4% sRGB).
