Lenovo is currently running a sale on the latest-gen Yoga 7 2-in-1, bringing the price down to just $718.19 when applying the coupons “YOGADB5” and “BUYMORELENOVO” during checkout. For that money, buyers are getting a 16-inch IPS touchscreen with a resolution of 1,920 × 1,200, a peak brightness of 300 nits, and support for Dolby Vision.
Inside, there's an Intel Core Ultra 5 226V processor with four P-cores (up to 4.5 GHz) and four LPE-cores (up to 3.5 GHz) in addition to Arc 130V integrated graphics. It gets joined by 16 GB of on-package LPDDR5X-8533 memory and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD taking up the sole M.2 2242 slot.
Connectivity consists of a pair of Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports (40 Gbps, DisplayPort 2.1, Power Delivery 3.0), a 5 Gbps USB-A, HDMI 1.4b, a 3.5 mm audio combo jack, and a microSD card reader. Support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 is also on board.
The laptop's aluminum body measures 14.21 × 10.11 × 0.62 inches (361 × 257 × 15.9 mm) and tips the scales at 4.23 lb (1.92 kg), while packing a 70 Wh battery capable of 65 W charging with the included USB-C wall adapter. Other features include a built-in fingerprint reader on the palm rest as well as a 1,080p webcam with IR support.
If the Lenovo Yoga 7 convertible has piqued your interest, be sure to check out our comprehensive review, as we liked its long battery life and improved SSD performance relative to its predecessor. The main downsides would be the IPS panel's poor color output and the speakers not getting loud enough.
