Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 MSM7227
The Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 MSM7227 is a SoC for Android tablets and smartphones from 2009. It integrates a ARM1136EJ-S (ARMv6) processor core which is clocked at 600 MHz. The Adreno 200 graphics card in the chip is used for 2D and 3D output. Furthermore, a radio module with support for GSM, GPRS, EDGE, and UMTS (HSDPA, HSUPA) is integrated.
The similar named MSM7227A offers a more modern CPU core (ARMv7 based Cortex-A5) and is manufactured in 45nm.
