Xiaomi has a habit of refreshing its smartphones shortly after their initial releases. For instance, the company revealed three updated Redmi Note 14 models last week. However, these only added a Sand Gold colour option that it had brought to the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus a month earlier.
Now, it has turned its attention towards the Poco M7 Pro 5G (curr. $279.99 on Amazon). For context, the Poco M7 Pro 5G initially landed in India last December as a cross between the Chinese and Indian versions of the Redmi Note 14 5G. Eventually, the device received a global release this April in three colour options with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
Depsite being less than two months old globally, Xiaomi has decided to add a fourth colour option and a third memory combination as part of a simultaneous refresh. Specifically, the Poco M7 Pro 5G should be available in 'Classic Black', which appears to have a satin finish like the device's three existing colours. Xiaomi has added a 512 GB storage variant too, albeit still with 12 GB of RAM. The new 512 GB option should be available for $249, although Xiaomi has not provided any purchase links yet.
