Intel is under investigation in New York
Intel is under investigation by the Chief Public Prosecutor of New York, who accuses them of creating a cartel.

In New York an investigation on Intel is carried out by the Chief Public Prosecutor Andrew Cuomo. He accuses Intel of creating a cartel. Intel gets blamed of obligating its customers not to use processors made by AMD. Furthermore, some firms were excluded from channels of distribution. Chief Public Prosecutor Cuomo told that these charges have to be proved. There are actions against Intel in the EU and in Korea as well, and Intel already removed these articles from its contracts in Japan.
