Ultra-thin eGo Helium 320GB portable hard drive
Portable hard disk drive for MacBook Air
Iomega announced its eGo Helium portable hard disk for the MacBook Air. The 2.5-inch, 320GB hard drive is 16 mm (0.63 inches) thick and weights only 200 grams (7 ounces). It has an anodized aluminum shell and is USB powered (there's no power supply to carry around). The drive has been formatted with Apple's HFS+ file system and therefore aims for Apple laptops. It also features Iomega’s Drop Guard design, to protect the drive from drops.
It will be available next month for $149.99.
