Transcend develops new external hard disc case

The Transcend StoreJet 35 Ultra is an external hard disc case, which is equipped with USB 2.0 and eSATA ports. Additionally, it offers an 80 mm fan.

Transcend StoreJet 32 Ultra

The manufacturer Transcend expands its product range by a new external hard disc case. The StoreJet 35 Ultra provides an USB 2.0 port and an eSATA connector.

The case is made for the most part of aluminium and measures 197,5 mm x 127,5 mm x 48 mm (h x w x d). Furthermore, there is an 80 mm fan included, which works quiet. This fan is cooling the installed hard drive and expands its lifetime.

Additionally, the case provides hot swap function, and therefore hard discs can be installed and removed while operating. Besides all necessary cables a software package is also included. The software consists of backup, data security and data compression programs and it is compatible to Windows, Linux and Mac OS.

The Transcend StoreJet 35 Ultra is already available and costs € 32. There is also a version which consists of the case and a 500 GB HDD and this one costs € 147.
