Asus predicts Eee PC sales figures optimistic
Asus increases its expectations in sold Eee PC’s.
Jerry Shen, Asus CEO, is optimistic relating to the sales figures of the Eee PC. They want to sell about 2 million devices in the first half of the year 2008 and Asus increased the number of Eee PC’s they want to sell in the whole year.
Asus raised the sales expectations of the Eee PC from 3.8 million to 5 million sold devices at the beginning of 2008. Now, Chen expects this numbers to rise again, but he did not tell how much.
