The latest Windows 10 Game Ready driver for NVIDIA GeForce cards unlock DirectX 12 Ultimate features on RTX GPUs. This may bring attributes such as hardware-accelerated ray tracing and mesh shading to certain games. The new driver also supports 9 more G-SYNC-enabled monitors from AOC, Dell, LG and other OEMs.

The Windows 10 May 2020 update brings an API for DirectX 12 Ultimate with it. Now, NVIDIA has released an update that bring it and RTX graphics cards into the necessary conjunction. This GeForce Game Ready 451.48 WHQL driver may allow games that use DirectX 12 Ultimate to exhibit the benefits of new technologies such as sampler feedback, variable-rate shading, mesh shading and, of course, ray tracing.

These tiles include Total Tank Simulator, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4, Age of Empires III: Complete Collection, Streets of Rage 4 and Roblox. This new update also adds support for a further 9 G-SYNC monitors. They are from the OEMs AOC; Asus; Lenovo; Dell; LG and Samsung, including the latest G7 and G9 additions to the Odyssey series.

This new Game Ready driver is available to download through the GeForce Experience app from now. Users who encounter bugs or issues following its installation are invited to alert NVIDIA to them via its Driver Feedback Forum on geforce.com.
