8BitDo releases full list of controllers compatible with the Nintendo Switch 2
The Nintendo Switch 2 has been available for a couple of months, and there is no shortage of accessories including controllers to buy. While some manufacturers have released new accessories, some have simply updated their current portfolio to support the new Nintendo handheld. 8BitDo falls under the latter category, and now it has released a complete list of all of its controllers that are compatible with the Switch 2.
Over the past couple of weeks, 8BitDo has steadily pushed out a compatibility update to several of its controllers to enable them to work with the Nintendo Switch 2. According to an announcement on X, it has completed the compatibility update for all of the controllers on its compatibility list. In light of this, it has released a full list that includes all of the compatible controllers.
The list of devices includes Bluetooth controllers, wired controllers, mod kits, and adapters:

The announcement also mentions that owners of these controllers update the firmware before using them with the Nintendo Switch 2. Owners of controllers with a mode switch such as the 8BitDo Pro 2 (curr. available on Amazon for $46.99) also have to set them to Switch mode (S-mode) before pairing them to the Switch 2.
