Gaming with a keyboard and mouse and only a sofa to hand could get awkward, even if those peripherals are wireless. Therefore, a lapdesk could be handy in those situations. For those unfamiliar with the concept, this is a surface that can accomodate those accessories attached to cushions that might have carseat-like holders for additional objects.
nerdytec is a company that has gotten into this market with its first-gen Couchmaster CYCON lapdesk. Now, it is back with the CYCON2. The OEM claims that it is an improvement in that it has 6 slots for USB devices compared to 4 in the original, 1 USB 3.0 port and the ability to charge other devices such as smartphones built in.
This CYCON2 also has more compact cushions and is partially made of recycled materials. It also has a version that is a homage to Cyberpunk 2077 (albeit apparently not an officially branded one) in its styling. It is available for US$179 on its OEM's own webstore, or $239 for its new themed one.
