iQOO is currently setting its latest Neo-series smartphone up for launch on April 23, 2020. It has been through the AnTuTu benchmark beforehand, which reveals a decently high score as may be expected of a Snapdragon 865-powered device. It is also touted as having a 144Hz display, which may have come into play during this test.

With its 5G modem, Snapdragon 865 processor and 144 hertz (Hz) refresh rate, the iQOO Neo3 stands to be a 2020-beater in smartphone terms. This may have been confirmed by its recent official AnTuTu test results. The upcoming Vivo sub-brand's device has scored a total of 608801 on this benchmark.

This is not the highest score of the year by any means, but is still excellent for a phone with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. This, then, may be the Neo3's top-end configuration - presuming the series is keeping to its original mid-range roots this year. On the other hand, there is nothing to say a 12GB RAM SKU will not also appear on its launch.

On that note, iQOO will reveal its new product on April 23, 2020. It is expected to confirm UFS 3.1 and a 144Hz screen for this handset on that date. On that note, AnTuTu has pointed out that this 3rd-gen Neo's results in the UX category now rank among the best on its database: its refresh rate is probably what helped it there.
