The iPhone 18 Pro is still far off, but new leaks are already buzzing about a big aesthetic shift. Apple is rumored to embrace warmer tones by introducing three all-new colors. The leaks also suggest the brand is skipping the traditional black or Space Gray finish.

The next-gen iPhones are still over a year away, but the rumor mill is already focusing on the phone's aesthetics. The latest updates suggest that Apple aims to continue its recent trend of ditching classic, muted tones for bold, warm colors on the iPhone 18 Pro.

Apple reportedly going warm and rich with new iPhone 18 Pro colors

For the first time, Apple may be preparing to launch its Pro flagship in three rich, all-new shades. Weibo tech tipster Instant Digital suggests the iPhone 18 Pro lineup will include Coffee, Purple, and Burgundy (also translated from Chinese as “Wine Red”) colors.

The "Coffee" shade hints at a deep brown shade, potentially acting as a potential warmer successor to the long-discontinued gold or the "desert titanium" colors seen in earlier rumors. "Burgundy" may move into the red family, blending crimson with traces of brown for a wine-like elegance. The "Purple" option could be a muted, warm shade, moving away from brighter lavender hues seen in previous generations.

No black variant

These potential new colors for the iPhone 18 Pro sound visually stunning. However, the leak carries a notable exclusion for many longtime users: the iPhone 18 Pro will still reportedly not offer a true black or Space Gray option.

This follows the iPhone 17 Pro, which also skipped the dark gray color. Apple seems determined to keep its Pro devices looking luxurious and distinctive by favoring this warmer, more adventurous palette. However, none of the rumored shades—brown, purple, or dark red—target the segment of the market that demands a simple black finish.

As always with early rumors, Apple is likely still prototyping many colors, and plans can change. But this early hint strongly suggests the company intends to prioritize distinctive tones that cause visual impact.
