Xiaomi launches new e-scooter, NAVEE N65, with up to 65 km of range

Xiaomi company NAVEE has launched the N65 electric scooter, boasting a 65 km (~40 miles) range. The device uses a 48V 12.5 Ah lithium battery and energy recovering technologies to achieve this distance.

NAVEE suggests that this more extended range device is ideal for your journey to work, removing the need for many to charge every day. Another commuter-friendly feature is the folding system and rotatable handlebar, making it easier to carry and store the scooter.

The scooter has a 500W motor which can deliver speeds up to 25 kph (~16 mph). The device can climb slopes with an incline of up to 25%. The N65 has a front EABS brake, rear disc brake, and three speed modes.

The device has 10-in (~25 cm) tires, so the vehicle can better handle rough surfaces and provide a more comfortable ride. The footboard of the device is 7-in (17 cm) wide and features a non-slip silicone mat. The device has a smart LED dashboard, and you can control the device via an app.

The NAVEE N65 is now available to buy from Geekbuying in European countries, including Germany, France and Spain, for €699.99. It is unclear whether or when the vehicle would be available in other areas.
