Xiaomi is about to launch the Redmi Turbo 5 series soon, which is confirmed to initially introduce two phones. Among the two, the Turbo 5 Max is the better-configured smartphone, and so far, the company has shared a couple of core specs of the upper mid-range phone.
Now, through more teasers, Xiaomi has confirmed many new key specs of the Redmi Turbo 5 Max. One of them confirms that the Dimensity 9500s will be paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, and this combination promises to make the SoC offer the best performance.
Another teaser shares that Xiaomi has used an M10 6.83-inch display, which comes with a peak brightness rating of 3,500 nits. The company highlights that the screen has high-frequency PWM and DC dimming, promising comfortable viewing under different lighting conditions.
Under the display, there's an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor that promises to offer a fast unlocking experience. Xiaomi claims that the optimal placement further enhances the unlocks. Among the other newly revealed info is the primary camera of the Redmi Turbo 5 Max, which is branded as the Light and Shadow Hunter 600.
This primary sensor of the phone is said to have a high dynamic range, and Xiaomi reveals that the camera has an f/1.5 aperture, which suggests that it can take bright shots. One of the teasers has also confirmed that the phone will have IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K waterproof ratings. More details could emerge through the upcoming teasers.
