Xbrew's new EverNitro is a 3-in-1 countertop machine that crafts nitro coffee, cocktails, and whipped cream without gas cartridges, using 95% pure nitrogen extracted from air. Early price starts at $299.

Xbrew recently announced EverNitro - a 3-in-1 countertop machine that produces café-quality nitro coffee, cocktails, and whipped cream without relying on gas cartridges or tanks. The device launched on Kickstarter on October 14, starting at $299 for early backers.

EverNitro uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) molecular sieve technology to extract nitrogen directly from the air, achieving up to 95% food-grade purity in its High Concentration Mode. It can infuse a 500 ml drink in under a minute, and users get full control over foam texture and nitrogen pressure through a smart interface and Bluetooth app.

Xbrew says the system can operate in two modes - Fast Mode (78% nitrogen) for quick results in about 25 seconds, and High Concentration Mode (95%) for creamier, café-style drinks in roughly 60 seconds. The machine also supports ingredient preservation, replacing oxygen in containers with nitrogen to extend freshness for coffee beans and other perishables.

Other features include multi-stage air filtration, dishwasher-safe parts, and automatic energy-saving modes that activate after periods of inactivity. The design uses an aluminum alloy chassis, stainless steel canister, and modular accessories for cocktail and cream preparation.

Beyond home users, Xbrew is also targeting small cafés seeking a compact nitrogen system. According to founder Terry Tan, EverNitro is looking to make barista-level drinks "accessible without extra cost, waste, or complexity."

The EverNitro system is FDA-approved, TÜV-certified, and UL-listed for compliance with major global safety standards. Its retail price is expected to be around $520 after the Kickstarter campaign. As of writing, $346,655 has already been pledged of the total $5,000 goal, which is quite impressive.
