Vivo puts on a photography exhibition in Beijing
Vivo has just opened a 2021 Grand Exhibition in Beijing's Three Shadows Photography Art Center, in order to showcase the results of the OEM's VISION+ "Create Together" project. The show has been designed to evince a sense of walking through a smartphone's gallery app on a visitor's way through it.
The exhibition goes through 5 stages in this way, themed "We"; "Growing Up"; "Night and Dream"; "The Future and Far Away", and "End: Create Together", made of photos and other media captured with smartphones throughout, featuring subjects that range from Cornwall in the UK (on the part documentary photographer Martin Parr) to Chengdu craftsmen (portrayed by the photographer Xiao Quan).
They should also offer an insight into the latest trends and techniques involved in the same, according to Three Shadows founder and VISION+ Grand Exhibition 2021 curator Rong Rong. For its part, Vivo is honored to partner with the art center to display the project, according to its senior vice president and CMO, Spark Ni.
The executive also mentioned the OEM is "committed to deepening the partnership with our global imaging strategic partner, Zeiss", thereby possibly hinting at an upcoming generation of flagship and X80 phones with camera tech once again co-developed with the globally-recognized lens specialist.
