The Y300 Pro is the first device to be teased with Vivo's next-gen industrial design for Android smartphones. It is also slated to rock one of the OEM's latest and highest-capacity batteries with decently fast charging. However, those specs are its best selling points, according to a new Geekbench listing.

The Vivo Y300 Pro is touted as a particularly advanced member of its series as it will be the first of its line to debut with a new Blue Ocean battery rated for a massive 6,500mAh in capacity capable of 80W Flash Charging.

The new battery is packed into a rear panel that boasts an updated "Jade Ring" camera hump combining the design language of the flagship X100 Ultra with the ring-flash of the Y200 (currently available for INR 22,999 (~$274) on Amazon).

Despite all that, the Y300 Pro is definitely no flagship, should a newly-discovered set of Geekbench results pertain to the device.

The Vivo V2410A runs a processor with the properties of the aging Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 (4 ARM cores clocked at 1.8GHz and 4 more at 2.21GHz under the motherboard code-name parrot) on the benchmark, scoring no more than 2,801 in multi-core scores and less than 1,000 in single-core terms.

On the other hand, the "Y300 Pro" has 12GB of RAM and runs Android 14. Nevertheless, it might be far surpassed by other devices of similar looks in the very near future.
