Video of apparent iPhone 18 Pro (Max) in Dark Cherry and Sky Blue surfaces

Apple's September 9 event is just a few days away and the rumor mill is currently going haywire. These include discussions about the supposed colors of Apple's upcoming iPhone 18 Pro (Max), which are anything but confirmed. Several months ago, a leak suggested that the color options might be black, silver, Sky Blue and Dark Cherry. Last week, another leak confirmed the latter three colors and cast doubt on black as a possible option.

New leaked video footage from reliable tipster yeux1122 appears to show demo units of two iPhone 18 Pro models in a retail setting. These appear to be the aforementioned Dark Cherry and Sky Blue colors, thus partly reinforcing the suppositions of the two earlier leaks. If rumors hold true, Dark Cherry will be positioned as the successor to last year's Cosmic Orange, in keeping with Apple's tradition of introducing one standout hue per generation.

The blue variant, for its part, marks a departure from recent years, which has seen less distinct blue tones across the iPhone lineup (see below). However, all evidence remains unofficial. The devices shown are reportedly demo units, and leaked hardware can differ from final retail units, so some caution is warranted until an official launch.
