Tipster outs a raft of B660, H610, and H670 budget LGA 1700 boards for Alder Lake: DDR4 H610 models could hit a sub-US$100 price point

Tipster @momomo_us recently outed a list of what appear to be dozens of budget Alder Lake motherboard models. The motherboards come from major manufacturers including ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, ASRock, and Biostar, and are a mix of DDR5 and DDR4 variants. 

This isn't the first time we're seeing leaked information about budget Alder Lake boards. Just recently, @chi11edog outed details for a range of upcoming MSI B660 DDR5 boards, including one priced at just US$119. @momomo_us's listing doesn't include sticker prices. However, there are a number of H610 DDR4 models, like the Gigabyte H610I DDR4, which are likely candidates for a sub-US$100 price tag. 

@momomo_us's list bodes well for PC builders looking to put together budget systems around the Alder Lake platform next year. At present, flagship Z690 boards are the only way to go for Alder Lake builders, alongside high-end CPUs like the Core i9-12900K and Core i7-12700K. In the months to come, however, we expect to see Alder Lake i3s and Pentiums enter the fray. A solid H610 board in the US$100 range would be a great, balanced fit.
