The circus around the Samsung Galaxy Note 22 continues to thrive. Over the past few months, there have been several conflicting reports about Samsung's plans to launch a Galaxy Note 22. The latest leak leans towards the negative, and will likely disappoint fans of the series.
According to tipster Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy Note series is now well and truly dead. That's it: there'll be no Galaxy Notes in the future, and definitely not a Galaxy Note 22. Or so it goes anyway. Supposedly, Samsung will replace the Galaxy Note line with the Galaxy S series. That's not a novel idea, as Galaxy Ultra phones have become as big as the Note series, and now offer Galaxy S Pen support.
While Ice Universe is typically spot on with his Samsung-releated leaks, the "cat" has had a few misses recently. However, another reliable tipster, Front Tron, appears to corroborate this leak, which lends credence to the idea there'll neither be a Galaxy Note 22, nor any other Galaxy Notes in the near future at least.
All of this is getting a bit tedious as Ice Universe supposedly also saw hints of a Galaxy Note 22 in development recently. At this point, fans of the Galaxy Note series may be better served just waiting for an official statement from Samsung.
