The latest Tronsmart Studio portable speaker has a metal chassis and a 5,000mAh battery
Tronsmart asserts that its latest Studio-series portable Bluetooth speaker packs 4 passive radiators and 3 drivers to deliver 30 watts (W) of audio power. It also incorporates its OEM's SoundPulse technology for clarity as well as an "undistorted output", as well as the first-party TuneConn pairing tech that allows a user to control up to 100 of the speaker's units via a single device.
The new speaker(s) might also be prepared to accompany the user should they be inclined to venture outside thanks to its IPX4 ingress protection. In the home, on the other hand, one of its physical buttons is dedicated to activating a voice assistant for smart control. The speaker is rated to carry these functions out for up to 15 hours (presuming a volume of 50% at all times) between charges, which it will do via USB type C.
This port is used to re-fill the Studio 30W's generous 2x2,500mAh batteries; on the other hand, as they charge at a rate of just 10W, they will be stuck doing so for an estimated 3.5 hours at a time. The Bluetooth 5.0 accessory uses this power to support the A2DP, SBC and AAC codices.
These slight compromises make for a normal price of US$69.99, through Amazon or Tronsmart's web-store. The Studio 30W Portable Bluetooth Speaker is available in a single black "hardened aluminum" finish on these platforms. It also comes with a coupon for $15 off on Amazon right now.
