Squale launches Sub-37 Legend dive watch with Swiss movement and 30-bar water resistance

Sequel, a well-known dive watch maker, has officially introduced its latest Sub-37 Legend dive watch. The company’s new slightly sized-down 37 mm dive watch comes with a simple yet clean dial design. There’s no day or date complication here. What you get is a striking black dial adorned with hours markers /indexes, which are coated with SuperLuminova old radium for better visibility during low-light conditions.
Even the dive scale on the unidirectional bezel is coated with SuperLuminova old radium. As for the case, the Sub-37 Legend has a 316L stainless steel case with 300 meters (30 bar) of water resistance support. Squale has incorporated the Swiss-made automatic Sellita SW200 movement into the Sub-37 Legend, which is said to offer roughly 41 hours of power reserve.
Well, there’s no stainless steel bracelet option here. Instead, you get a Bonetto strap, crafted from Italian vulcanized rubber and finished in a black colorway, that complements the bezel as well as the dial. The timepiece is slightly on the thicker side, measuring around 11 mm (0.43 inches) in thickness. The dial is protected by a sapphire glass with antireflective coating.
Interestingly, the watch is joining the catalog. As for price, the Sub-37 Legend is priced at $1,750 and interested buyers can now purchase it directly from Squale’s official website.
