Gamers on the prowl for an affordable, high-refresh-rate gaming monitor will be pleased to know that the Samsung Odyssey G32A has dropped to its lowest price ever. Its original price was $279.99 but you can buy it now on Amazon for just $179.99. CamelCamelCamel's price tracker confirms this is the lowest it has ever been since the monitor launched last year.
The Samsung Odyssey G32A features a 32-inch FHD (1,920 x 1,080) VA panel with a refresh rate of 165 Hz, 1 ms response time, 250 nits brightness and AMD FreeSync Premium support. You can easily build a ~$1,000 PC around the Samsung Odyssey G32A. Throw in an Intel Core i5-13400/AMD Ryzen 5 7600X (or an AMD Ryzen 7 8700G if you're on a shoestring budget), GeForce RTX 4060/ Radeon RX 7600, 16 GB of DDR5 RAM, a 1 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD and a 550 Watt power supply, and you have a decent gaming rig that'll play most if not all modern-day AAA titles.
