Samsung Galaxy A15 specs, 5G variant and European pricing emerge in new leak
The Galaxy A15 might have the latest take on Samsung's smartphone design language, yet is also now said to retain a 4G/LTE-only variant in 2024. Accordingly, both versions of the device might join the A14 and A14 5G on the market soon, in regions now said to include Europe.
The blog GalaxyClub backs this new claim up with the discovery of the "Samsung SM-A155F" on Geekbench with the MediaTek Helio G99 processor, 4GB of RAM and an Android 14-based UI. The Galaxy A15 5G has yet to turn up in any such benchmarking leaks as yet; should it do so, however, it is now rumored to do so as the SM-A156x.
That device is said to launch in markets that include the US, whereas both it and the A15 are now said to be destined for Europe. The 5G-capable variant might starting at €250 (~US$265), whereas its 4G/LTE-only sibling might go for a bit less than that.
One or both of those smartphones might offer 90Hz screens of 6.4 inches in diagonal length at those price-points - although that would make them smaller than either the A14 or A14 5G. Nevertheless, the A15 generation is also now linked to Samsung's EB-BA156ABY battery, which would give them a "standard" 5,000mAh capacity.
