RedMagic is gearing up to launch a new gaming phone, which is expected to be an affordable but performance-focused device. The company recently confirmed that this smartphone, the 11 Air, will launch in China on January 20, 2026, and now, with more teasers, more official details of the device have emerged.
Through some of the newly shared photos, the brand has confirmed that the RedMagic 11 Air will be available in three color options: "Stardust White," "Quantum Black," and "Aurora Silver." Among the three, the last one has orange accents to it, making it look slightly different from the other two. They all, however, have the same overall outlook.
These images have also confirmed that the RedMagic 11 Air will feature a dual-camera setup on the back, and just like the predecessor, there will be an active cooling fan. The company has showcased the front of the gaming phone as well, showcasing its hole-less display.
One of the teasers confirmed that the screen of the 11 Air will feature 1.25 mm bezels, and thanks to the under-display selfie camera, it can offer an "immersive" viewing experience. The teaser further highlights that the display will sport a "1.5K" resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, and 2,592 Hz PWM dimming.
Other highlights from the recent teasers included RGB lights on the back, curved glass on the back, and capacitive shoulder buttons. While not confirmed yet, the RedMagic 11 Air is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the last-gen flagship SoC. This should make the gaming phone more affordable than the non-Air phones in the lineup. Recent reports have further hinted that it will pack a beefy battery, with 100 W fast charging support (160 W Anker Prime charger curr. $105.99 on Amazon). More details are expected to emerge before the January 20 release date.
