The Pixel 10a has leaked again, and this time, it's in the form of an "official" render, but it shares nothing new. To be specific, just like the previous CAD leak, the latest leaked image, which comes from Android Headlines, suggests that the upcoming phone will be pretty much identical to last year's affordable phone.
But then again, Google isn't known for updating its phone designs every year, so it wouldn't be that surprising to see the Pixel 10a looking exactly like the 9a. However, these render leaks show that the display will have rather thick bezels, which would be quite disappointing for a phone that could possibly cost around $500 (128 GB Pixel 9a curr. $399 on Amazon).
As for the good part, these render leaks suggest that the back of the Pixel 10a will retain the almost flat camera bump, just like the predecessor. This would make the phone less wobbly when put on a flat surface.
Besides the design, most of the core specs of the Google Pixel 10a are expected to be identical to the 9a. That includes the 6.3-inch display with support for a 120 Hz refresh rate, and recent leaks have also suggested that the phone will come with the same 5,100 mAh battery as its predecessor.
While it's still not fully confirmed yet, the SoC might not see a change either. To be specific, a recent Verizon listing leak suggests that the Pixel 10a will feature the Tensor G4 that powered the last-gen Google flagships. The camera setup isn't expected to see much change either, but it's worth noting that none of these leaked specs are set in stone.
