Deal | Razer is slicing $300 off its first edition Razer Phone this weekend
It’s undeniable that the Razer Phone made waves when it was released last year. Outside of being a solid Android handset, the Razer Phone essentially launched the budding “gamer phone” segment of smartphones we’ve seen in force this year. This weekend only, you can nab the original Razer Phone for $300 less than its retail price, bringing the smartphone down to $400.
The OG Razer Phone is still competitive against this year’s flagships and even boasts some features absent in the latest and greatest phones in the Android world. The Snapdragon 835 is competent and powerful enough to handle almost anything thrown at it, the 8 GB of RAM is more generous than many 2018 flagships, and the 120 Hz refresh rate display is buttery smooth compared to the standard 60 Hz screens of most phones.
If you’re good on the smartphone front, Razer is also selling the Razer Blade Pro 17 laptop (7700HQ, GTX 1060, FHD) for $500 off, bringing the price down to $1800.
While we reported on Razer’s sale earlier this month, those prices were closed to subscribers of Razer newsletters and promos. This sale has now been opened to everyone, but will only continue through the weekend.
