Released on May 21, 2024, Survival: Fountain of Youth takes place in the Caribbean during the 16th century. And currently, it is available for $9.79 on Steam.
As a castaway, your goal is to survive by exploring and gathering resources. This game features several environments, each with its own dangers, such as wildlife, weather conditions, and diseases.
You can craft hundreds of items, build a base, set up workshops and water collectors, and grow crops. In addition, as you progress, you’ll uncover mysteries surrounding a lost civilization.
On November 2, 2026, a co-op mode for up to four players was launched. Three regions are available—Bird, Buffalo, and Puma—each with secrets to uncover and challenges to overcome. Several gameplay mechanics have been adapted, and you’ll share your buildings, resources, and items. However, boss battles are not yet available in this mode.

Survival: Fountain of Youth is rated "Very Positive" on Steam, with 85% of its 4,556 reviews being positive. Many players praise its crafting system and the exploration of its various islands. The graphics are also appreciated, as is the new co-op mode. For its part, PC Gamer wrote: "It's easy to forget how challenging and fun it can be surviving on your own."
However, some players have criticized the menus, which can break immersion. The controls are also considered poor, and numerous bugs have been reported. Finally, its price will return to $27.99 on November 16, 2026, according to SteamDB. But if you want to try it first, a demo is also available on Steam.
