A new Realme smartphone, likely the GT Neo 7, has received certification in China. The certification hints at an imminent launch and reveals details about the upcoming device.

The Realme GT Neo 6 was released in May. The highlight of the upper mid-range smartphone was its high-end Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor along with a large battery and 120W fast charging support. Now, a new Realme smartphone has been certified in China and is expected to be the successor of the GT Neo 6.

A mysterious device with the model number RMX5060 has surfaced on the 3C certification site and is speculated to be the Realme GT Neo 7. The certification reveals that the alleged Realme GT Neo 7 will be a 5G smartphone. Additionally, the certification reveals that the phone's charger supports fast charging of up to 80W.

The previous leaks and rumors have suggested the Realme GT Neo 7 will feature a flat AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution. It may also have a 144Hz high refresh rate. Since the Realme GT lineup is known for high performance, we can expect a high-end processor. A leak suggests that the overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will be powering the smartphone.

Currently, the company has not revealed anything officially. However, the new certification hints that the launch might be near. Previous reports suggest that Realme may release the GT Neo 7 in December.
