Polono has launched its latest wireless thermal printer, the D810, in the US market. Polono suggests the D810 printer doesn’t require ink cartridges; it uses thermal printing technology with a 203 dpi resolution for accurate reproduction.
The thermal printer has a 1,500 mAh battery that provides around 50 minutes of battery life on a single charge. More specifically, you can print up to 200 A4-sized documents on a full charge. Dimensionally, it measures 12.99 x 3.35 x 3.15 inches (HWT) (329.9 x 85 x 80 mm) and weighs around 532 grams (1.17 lbs).
You can use the printer to print photos, PDFs, documents, tattoo designs, engineering drawings, and more in up to 8.5 x 11-inch (215.9 x 279.4 mm) borderless print format. The gadget has wide compatibility; one can connect it with Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac devices via Bluetooth and USB-C connectivity. Additionally, it can also operate wirelessly via Bluetooth, which means you can also control the printer directly via the Polono’s Labelnize app.
The gadget supports a wide range of papers, including roll paper, fan-fold paper, and tattoo transfer paper. Unlike other thermal printers, you can’t store a roll of paper inside the printer, meaning every time you do need to carry sheets alongside the gadget.
Available in black color, the Polono D810 thermal printer is orderable in the US for around $115 via Amazon. The gadget comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable and 20 sheets of US letters. Head over to Polono website for more details.
