Cuktech launches a new 2-in-1 power bank with 67W fast charging support

Cuktech has introduced a new power bank in China that can also act as a power adapter. This hybrid portable charger features a three-port configuration, featuring two USB Type-C ports and one USB Type-A port. The total power output from these three is 67W.

However, Cuktech notes that not all the devices will be able to take full advantage of the 67W fast charging support. As the promotional materials reveal, it's only for the Xiaomi phones, while the others will max out at 60W. The good part is that there is support for multiple protocols, including ADC 2.0.

Another notable aspect of the Cuktech CP16 is the form factor. Thanks to the GaN technology the hybrid power bank relies on, it has a compact and travel-friendly design. It also sports a foldable AC plug, which makes it more portable.

The company further highlights that the portable charger supports passthrough charging, allowing users to charge three devices while it's plugged into the wall and in the charging state. To ensure stable and safe charging, Cuktech has integrated a dedicated cooling solution and multiple safety features.

Other highlights of the hybrid power bank include a 5,000mAh battery capacity, airplane-safe certification, and a sleek design. The Cuktech CP16 launched in China at CNY 169, which is around $23. There's no word about global availability yet, but the company offers most of its products in the international market (45W Cuktech power bank with 20,000mAh capacity curr. $26.99 on Amazon).
