The Photon Mono M7 Max is rated to print up to 200% faster than its predecessor, and to have 72% more space in which to do so. It is backed to produce finer, more consistent models with less resin waste thanks to a unique new post-printing feature. It will go to pre-order shortly at a special early-access price.

The Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Max has the same advanced LighTurbo 3.0 light source for its monochrome 7K screen and Dynamic Temperature Control Vat to keep its resin between 25 and 40 degrees Celsius as its Pro counterpart that is available at $699.99 on Amazon.

However, the M7 Max has a print area of 14.7 liters, or 72% larger than the Pro. It is also rated to print layers as little as 0.05 millimeters (mm) high (as opposed to the minimum of 0.15mm in its predecessor) at a much faster rate of 31 per hour (mm/h), compared to ~12mm/h in comparable 3D printers (according to Anycubic, that is).

The Max also boasts Intelligent Release Control 2.0 for smoother model detachment and an advanced Resin Recycling setting that tips the print bed by 5 degrees at the end of a job to get excess resin back in the vat rather than spilled anywhere else.

Anycubic has announced that it will put the Photon Mono M7 Max up for pre-order at a mystery price of between $100 and $180 off the printer's $899 RRP. The deal will be available from November 8 to 26, 2024.
