The Mars 5 Ultra currently starts for $300.99 on Amazon; however, those who would prefer hands-on time with their possible new 3D printer before buying it in real life instead are in luck. The up-to-9K, high-speed resin extruder should be available in a Micro Center store near you soon.
It will be joined by the Saturn 4 Ultra and the Neptune 4 Plus FDM printer on those shelves throughout the 28-store chain across the US. The larger-volume Neptune 4 Max will also be available to complete Micro Center's new Elegoo range.
The brand has mostly been seen online since its establishment in 2015, but sees collaborations with new vendors such as Micro Center as "a key step" in becoming "more accessible" to consumer-grade 3D printing enthusiasts in the US, according to its sales director Chris Liu.
Elegoo printers are also available through Canada Computers & Electronics, with 42 stores throughout that nation.
