FLSUN S1 Pro heralds a new era of high-speed, high-precision 3D printing, now at a never-before $999 flash sale price till December 5

FLSUN recently introduced the T1 Pro to much acclaim, and the company is now back with a new groundbreaking flagship 3D printer, the S1 Pro.

The FLSUN S1 Pro offers prints speeds of 1,200 mm/s with an acceleration of 40,000 mm/s², and a maximum 110 mm³/s flow rate. This makes the S1 Pro significantly faster than the Bambulab X1C, which can only offer print speeds up to 500 mm/s, 20,000 mm/s² acceleration, and a slow 32 mm³/s flow rate.

Such high speeds make the S1 Pro perfect for 3D printing all kinds of models from simple to complex. For instance, the S1 Pro can 3D print a common benchy model in just 17 minutes compared to 31 minutes with the X1C. Similarly, a colonel model can be had in about an hour and 59 minutes with the S1 Pro while the X1C chugs along slowly clocking double the time at 3 hours and 54 minutes.

The fast speeds make the FLSUN S1 Pro twice as efficient as the X1C, which means that the S1 Pro is perfect for 3D printing farms.

FLSUN has improved upon several aspects of the original S1 to make the S1 Pro an enticing upgrade. Firstly, the S1 Pro now has reduced noise levels down to 55 dB from 67 dB in the S1. The S1 Pro's hardware and leveling algorithm ensures flawless consistent first layers for great 3D prints. Complementing this are the closed-loop motor algorithm, slicing algorithm, and fan cooling systems that work their magic to achieve highly smooth surfaces with enhanced precision. Other enhancements include an automatic leveling module algorithm and the logic to counter mechanical vibrations during printing.

The S1 Pro offers a build volume of 320 mm x 430 mm, which is quite high compared to its competitors like the Creality K1 Max (300 mm x 300 mm) and the Bambulab X1E (256 mm x 256 mm). So now, you can print large models without having to split them into smaller chunks. Further stability is ensured by the delta architecture, full-metal frame, high-strength linear rails, and modular components.

The 3D printer is also equipped with up to a 350 °C high temperature hotend, smartly zoned heated bed (up to 120 °C, and a chamber wall temperature of up to 50 °C. This ensures that you can use a variety of materials ranging from ABS, ASA, PA, PC, and PET to carbon/glass fiber-reinforced PLA.

FLSUN OS allows for improved response times, smoother operation, and fast wireless networking. The OS upgrades make the system even more intuitive to use. Additionally, the S1 Pro will also be compatible with the upcoming FLSUN World cloud platform that allows for real-time remote monitoring and smart error reminding.

Also on offer is the new FLSUN Slicer v2. Developed based on the popular Orca slicer, FLSUN's implementation ensures optimized slicing paths and tuning to better suit high-speed 3D printers like the S1 Pro.
