OnePlus has now confirmed that the Ace 3 Pro will come with the OEM's last-gen smartphone design rather than the sharper, flat-edged new look of the Nord CE4 Lite. However, the impending 12-series refresh will compensate for that by making its rumored Supercar Ceramic Collector's Edition a reality.
It will, as predicted, bear a dense pattern of etched curving lines for additional grip and a Bugatti-inspired pattern. For consumers that still don't like white smartphones, however, there is Titanium Sky Mirror Silver.
That alternative version of the Ace 3 Pro has a relatively plain, glossy finish, although its Crystal Shield Glass (OnePlus parent OPPO's answer to Xiaomi's Dragon Crystal or Huawei's Kunlun alternatives) is touted to deliver advanced scratch- and drop-resistance.
OnePlus has also just announced that it will be joined by a third option, finished in "skin-friendly" Field of Green vegan leather apparently intended to evince a supercar's interior with its new "pine tree" texture. All 3 versions of the Ace 3 Pro will be unleashed alongside a new tablet and smartwatch on June 27, 2024.
However, unfortunately, neither of them might be available outside China any time soon, whereas OnePlus' inaugural foldable smartphone is currently listed at a discount on Amazon.
