The 2023 Bugatti electric scooter was unveiled at CES 2023. As with the 2022 launch model, the e-scooter has been built in partnership with Bytech. The newer model is 10% larger than its predecessor, with the company claiming the product is more premium. The device has a 36 V 15.6 Ah battery and a motor with 1,000 W peak power. The scooter can reach speeds of up to 22 mph (~35 kph) and handle inclines up to 18°. You can travel up to 35 miles (~56 km) on a single charge, an improvement of 13 miles (~21 km) on the 2022 model’s range.
The scooter has a larger deck and 10-in self-repairing tires, which can release glue to help fix punctures. The device has leather handles with integrated LED turn signal lights. The turn signals can be mirrored on an accompanying MIPS-equipped helmet. The e-scooter has new features such as passcode protection and a built-in touch display which you can use to alter your ride mode and control your headlights. The screen can also be used to view your speed and remaining battery life.
It appears that you will be able to buy the scooter in blue, yellow or black; apparently, the new yellow colorway is a nod to the Bugatti W16 Mistral. It is unclear when the 2023 Bugatti Bytech electric scooter will go on sale or how much it will cost. For context, the 2022 model sold for US$1,200 at launch.
