OnePlus launches affordable wireless earbuds with 54-hour battery life

OnePlus has introduced affordable wireless earbuds, the Nord Buds 4, in India. With an introductory price of around $35, they are a slightly less capable variant of the Pro model that the company previously released.
Compared to the Pro model, the non-Pro earbuds come with slightly less powerful active noise cancellation. Specifically, the Nord Buds 4 are rated for 52dB ANC instead of 55dB.
The driver setup seems similar, featuring a 12mm unit that promises punchy bass and clear audio. However, unlike the Nord Buds 4 Pro, support for Hi-Res codes like LHDC is missing (flagship OnePlus Buds 4 with LHDC curr. $79.99 on Amazon).
There's support for 3D Spatial Audio, and the affordable earbuds have a dedicated Game Mode for low-latency audio. For handling calls, the Nord Buds 4 come with a six-microphone setup, which is paired with the company's Clear Call algorithm to ensure clear voice pickup.
Battery is another highlight of the OnePlus Nord Buds 4. With a full charge, the earbuds and the charging case can offer up to 54 hours of runtime, but note that this rated playtime is with the ANC turned off. When the noise cancellation is on, it's said to be around 27 hours.
Other notable aspects of the earbuds included Sound Master EQ for customized audio, a lightweight and comfort-forward build, Bluetooth 6.1, and support for Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair. The Nord Buds 4 are available in Astral Teal and Stellar Black.
