Samsung is rolling out a new update for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, a minor update that focuses on stability and reliability rather than new features. Initially available in South Korea, the update is expected to reach other markets gradually.

In addition to One UI beta 4, Samsung is rolling out a new software update for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro ($199 at Amazon). Denoted as firmware R630XXU0AZG2, the update is relatively small in size (8.28MB) and does not introduce any new features. Rather, it focuses on improving overall stability and reliability, with Samsung's official changelog only highlighting the application of "stabilization code", suggesting that some or all aspects have been improved, namely Bluetooth connectivity, media playback, call quality and general day-to-day performance.

Galaxy Buds 3 Pro owners can manually download and install the update using the Galaxy Wearable app on a compatible Galaxy device. To do so, open the app and go to Earbuds settings > Earbuds software update > Download and install. Samsung recommends keeping the earbuds sufficiently charged before beginning installation. Like many of the company's software rollouts, availability will gradually expand beyond the home market of South Korea over the coming days.
