The OnePlus 15T is expected to be the company's upcoming compact flagship phone, succeeding last year's 13T. There have been many leaks and rumors regarding the phone. Now, tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo claims that it is “ready,” suggesting that a launch is not far away.
The 15T is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, the same processor used in the standard OnePlus 15. The phone is tipped to have a 6.32-inch flat display with a 1.5K resolution. The tipster also claims that it will have slimmer bezels compared to its predecessor. The rear camera setup is reportedly led by a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP telephoto lens, with no ultrawide lens. Additionally, it is said to have a 16MP front camera.
One major highlight of the 15T is rumored to be its large battery of around 7,500mAh with support for wireless charging. For context, the OnePlus 13T had a 6,260mAh battery and no wireless charging support.
As the tipster suggests, the launch may not be far off, with previous rumors pointing to a late March to early April release window for the Chinese market. The phone could launch globally as the OnePlus 15s, but recent rumors suggest it may stay limited to the Chinese market.
Apart from the 15T, there's also the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra, with which tipster Smart Pikachu claims to have hands-on experience. For those unaware, the OnePlus Ace 6 is a sub-flagship series featuring two models: the standard Ace 6 and the Ace 6T.
The tipster commented positively on the Ace 6 Ultra's build quality. While other details were not shared, a recent leak points to a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display, Dimensity 9500 chipset, and a large battery (20K Ugreen powerbank curr. $35 on Amazon). It is unclear whether it will launch alongside the OnePlus 15T or later in May, like its predecessor.
