The OnePlus 13 is now available for pre-order in the US. The phone will be launched on January 7. Ahead of the launch, OnePlus is offering a $50 discount for anyone who pre-orders the phone. In addition to the phone, the company is also providing a complimentary gift to those who pre-order.
To receive the savings and a free add-on, OnePlus requires a $50 deposit. Once the phone is released, the people who pre-ordered will get a $50 discount for the phone. Though there is a catch; the price of the phone will be revealed on January 7.
OnePlus is also offering the option to choose one of three free add-ons: the OnePlus Watch 2R, OnePlus Buds Pro 3, or the OnePlus Watch 2. The OnePlus Watch 2 is valued at around $299, the Watch 2R at $229, and the Buds Pro 3 at $179.The complimentary gifts are limited in quantity and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
For those who change their mind, the $50 deposit can be returned by canceling the order during the deposit stage before January 7. Also, the terms and conditions on the OnePlus site state that the $50 deposit will be returned in case you don’t pay the remaining balance by January 13. OnePlus 13 was first launched in China in November 2024. The specifications of the US variant have not been disclosed yet; however, the phone is expected to be identical to the Chinese version.
The Chinese version of the OnePlus 13 features a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels. It offers a 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth experience. The highlight of the phone is the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the latest flagship chip from Qualcomm.
The phone offers a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP primary, 50MP periscope telephoto, and 50MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies, a 32MP shooter is present on the front. Battery is another highlight of the phone: bringing a 6,000mAh capacity with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support. The Chinese version runs on ColorOS 15; however, the international variant may use the OxygenOS 15 based on the Android 15 operating system.
