Chinese smartphone maker has gotten a little ahead of itself in its excitement with the official launch of the OnePlus 7 Pro smartphone in a few hours from now. The company’s PR team has already posted the a promo video about the new device giving us the best look yet at what is one of the most keenly anticipated smartphone launches of the year. Not only that, the T-Mobile promo video for the OnePlus 7 Pro is already online highlighting several key features.
Among the OnePlus 7 Pro features that T-Mobile focuses on are the new cut out and notch-free 6.67-inch Optic AMOLED display, which is confirmed to have a 90Hz refresh rate. Naturally, the pop-up selfie camera also gets a nod as does the triple rear camera array featuring a 48MP main lens, a telephoto lens and a wide-angle lens. The Warp Charge feature that fast charges the device 4,000mAh battery in just 20mins is also highlighted as is the in-display fingerprint sensor.
Not covered in either video is the Snapdragon 855 powering the device or its RAM and storage configurations. The standard model is expected to ship with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage through to a top-of-the-line model that is expected to pack a huge 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It will be interesting to see whether OnePlus continues its partnership with McLaren racing team on another special edition model. If so, it will be about the only detail that hasn’t yet leaked.
